Questions Parents Ask

What age is this for?

Grounded Friend HQ™ is designed specifically for children aged 3 to 7. It’s a pretend play learning system that focuses on social emotional learning for toddlers and emotional regulation for preschoolers through age-appropriate missions.

How long does a mission take?

Missions are designed for short attention spans, typically lasting 10 to 20 minutes. These executive functioning activities fit easily into your daily routine, like before bedtime or after school, making play-based learning simple and effective.

Can siblings play together?

Absolutely! It’s the perfect kids teamwork game. Siblings can join forces on the same mission, practicing friendship skills, conflict repair, and problem solving activities for children together in a cooperative, no-villain environment.

Do I need to play with my child?

We recommend parents join during the "Practice Together" phase to act as warm guides for big feelings. It’s an early leadership development system for kids that works best when parents can model tools like Pause and Think First alongside their children.

How often are new missions released?

We are constantly expanding! New mission packs covering topics like Rainy Days, Bedtime, and Sharing are released regularly to keep your Grounded Friend HQ™ system growing with your child's needs.
